Meet Artemis
I want to help you support your child’s development, while you get a moment to yourself.
I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and I’ve taught and cared for children of all ages – from newborns to teenagers.
I created Learn Like Bamboo to support your child’s learning at home in a way that fits them, while also getting you some you-time.
After years of working with children, I’ve come to a very important conclusion – learning has to be tailored to each unique child and their needs.
When you work with me, you’re guaranteed to support your child’s development in alignment with their unique talents and intelligences. AND of course… You get some free time to do whatever you want while your child plays peacefully.
My Approach
Follows Rhizomatic Learning
A connected, holistic and inclusive way of learning. Use your child’s interest and their surroundings to learn, and move away from boring worksheets.
Respects Multiple Intelligences
All children have different learning styles and types of ‘intelligences’. The Learn Like Bamboo approach considers all ways of learning and intelligences.
Considers Parenting Style
Whether you focus on promoting attachment, independence, or spirituality – my activities will suit you. It’s up to you to decide how you want to implement them.
